FEES- Fishing Permits can be purchased at a cost of$15.00 per person per year. The permit is valid until December 31st of each year. Please contact CLA, at 303-779-5710, for additional information.
OTHER FEES: Pool, Equestrian Facilities, Community Building Rental and RV Storage Fees are available on Exhibit A of the Amended and Restated Resolution 2022-05-01
FISHING - Lake Christina is stocked twice each year with "easy to catch" fish. It's a great place to spend a quiet morning or evening, especially with the kids.
PICNIC PAVILION - the Picnic Pavilion can be reserved for parties on a first-come, first-served basis:
Resident Fee - $100.00 Refundable Damage Deposit and completion of the Park Use Permit and Agreement
Non-Resident Fee - $100.00 Use Fee,$100.00 Refundable Damage Deposit, and completion of the Park Use Permit and Agreement
NATURE TRAILS - it's approximately 1 mile around the lake on the open trails. The area is kept in its natural state as much as possible, however, the trails are mowed regularly to keep them open for walkers. (Bug spray recommended in the summer months)
