As a result of the passage of the November 20, 2010 Election questions, the governance structure for Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan Districts Nos. 1 and 2 changed. An "Authority Board" was established and an Amended and Restated Consolidated Service Plan was approved by Weld County.
The Authority Board consists of four members, two from the governing boards of each District.
The primary change is that the decision-making process for operations, maintenance, and construction of community amenities has transferred from District No. 2 to the Authority Board. The Authority Board continues to solicit input from the community for a variety of projects as it moves forward with these responsibilities.
