Beebe Draw Farms Board

As a result of the passage of the November 20, 2010 Election questions, the governance structure for Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan Districts Nos. 1 and 2 changed.  An "Authority Board" was established and an Amended and Restated Consolidated Service Plan was approved by Weld County.  

The Authority Board consists of four members, two from the governing boards of each District.  The current members appointed to serve on the Authority Board are:  

         Eric Wernsman             District No. 1

                                            Term expires June 2022

          

          Josh Freeman              District No. 1

                                            Term expires June 2022

 

          Christine Hethcock       District No. 2

                                             Term expires June 2022

 

          Joe Knopinski               District No. 2

                                             Term expires June 2023

 

           Mike Welch                 District No. 1

                                              Term expires June 2023

The current members appointed to serve on the Beebe Draw Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 Board are:

           William Caldwell    Term expires May 2023

The primary change is that the decision-making process for operations, maintenance, and construction of community amenities has transferred from District No. 2 to the Authority Board.  The Authority Board continues to solicit input from the community for a variety of projects as it moves forward with these responsibilities.
